How do I activate my eSIM?

Go to Settings, then Cellular (or Mobile Data), tap Add eSIM / Add Data Plan, scan the QR code from your email, set this eSIM as your data line and turn on Data Roaming.

Is my phone compatible with eSIM?

Open Settings, then Cellular. If you see Add eSIM / Add Data Plan, your phone supports eSIM. Note that some China-mainland phone versions do not support eSIM.

When does my plan start?

Your plan starts when you activate the eSIM on your phone, not at the time of purchase.
